Description: Swedish knifemaker Greger Forselius has a sense of design rarely found elsewhere. This highly detailed Swedish Long Hunter brings together Greger's artistic and design sensibilities with flawless results.
The unique blade was forged and ground by renowned Swedish bladesmith Roger Bergh. Regrettably, we don't see as much of Roger's work in the US these days. The blade combines three bars of explosion pattern damascus with pure nickel separators. By combining 20C and 15N20 carbon steels, Bergh ensures a keen, long lasting edge.
The stacked handle combines ancient woolly mammoth ivory with dyed and stabilized masur birch. The handle is nicely contoured for a comfortable grip.
The knife is accompanied by a single seamed Swedish leather sheath.
Excellent fit and finish throughout.
