Description: Tom Buckner, out of Olympia, Washington, makes an amazing knife. I was very excited when he began making folding knives.
The blade on this linerlock folder is hand ground stainless raindrop damascus forged in the USA by Devin Thomas. It combines high performance with exceptional beauty. The blade can be easily opened using the knurled thumb stud. The blade has smooth, consistent action and is well centered.
Presentation grade snakewood (Brosimum guianense) handle scales are set on anodized titanium liners. This dramatic South American wood combines medium and dark toned striations into a dramatic pattern reminiscent to snakeskin. Titanium liners surround a maroon Micarta backspacer. At just 2.2 oz, it will be easy to keep this knife in your pocket - unnoticed until it is needed.
Excellent work throughout!
