Description: Richard Soler is a talented knifemaker from Auriol, France. He specializes in high performance front flippers. The influence of his good friend and fellow maker Guy Pogetti can clearly be seen in his work. Richard's knives are exceptional, and we are excited to showcase it here in the United States where his work is rarely available.
The blade is feather pattern damascus forged from stainless steels by Zladinox in Russia. The exceptional pattern is extremely engaging. Jimping on the spine provides an excellent thumb purchase. Richard's touchmakr is on the left side if the blade.
Handle scales are marble carbon fiber, set on bead blasted titanium liners. The scales are fit to White Timascus bolsters in an elegant S-curve. Red liners contrast elegantly against the jet black scales. A matching carbon fiber backbar keeps the knife light, yet strong. The matching Timascus pocket clip is mounted for right-side, tip-up carry.
Excellent work throughout!
