Description: Since 1997, Randall's Adventure and Training has designed no-nonsense, affordable field knives under the ESEE brand specifically targeted to military, law enforcement, and the special operations community. Many ESEE knives now serve in the combat zones of Iraq, Afghanistan, and other remote locales. ESEE Knives is setting the standard for many local, state, and federal law enforcement officers when it comes to high performance, compact sheath knives with multiple carry options. ESEE has worked to design their knives with the U.S. Marshals Service, USMS SOG teams, U.S. Special Forces teams, Navy Special Boat Teams, Peruvian Special Forces, Colombian Police Forces, the Peruvian Anti-Narcotics Task Force, survival experts, and outdoorsmen and adventurers all over the world. Randall's Adventure and Training courses and gear have been featured on the Travel Channel, Discovery Channel and in numerous movies, books, leading outdoor magazines and trade publications. All ESEE logo knives are proudly manufactured in the U.S.A. by Rowen Manufacturing in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Every knife is backed by the best no-questions-asked warranty in the industry!
The ESEE-JG3 would feel right at home in almost any environment, from deep in the Amazon jungle to walking around your neighborhood. The 3-1/2 inch blade features a sabre grind and stonewash black oxide finish. This would be a perfect choice for a daily carry utility knife or skinning knife. It would be equally adept helping you prepare your next meal around the campfire.
The drop point blade is 1095 carbon steel, hardened to 55-57 Hrc. It features a stonewashed black oxide finish. 1095 is tough and very impact resistant, making it a great steel choice for a bushcrafting knife.
Handle scales are canvas Micarta, secured to the full tang using torx screws. This allows the scales to be removed if cleaning or maintenance is needed. The butt of the knife features a lanyard hole.
To keep the knife close at hand, a pouch style leather sheath is included.
Made in the USA.
