Description: Steven Kelly's Damascus and Ironwood Utility is a knife with such presence that you immediately want to pick it up. The clip point blade was forged to shape from 580 layer random pattern damascus. By using 1080 and 15N20 carbon steels, Steven has assured a keen, long lasting edge. A differential heat treatment line is clearly visible in the Damascus and results in a soft, supportive spine and a hard, keen edge. Ironwood scales sit on the full tang and have been contoured for comfort and a secure hold. The 416 stainless bolsters are dovetailed to the scales for a perfect fit. The handle has a stainless lanyard hole. This knife would be equally at home in a collection or used out in the field. A sturdy tooled leather sheath with basket weave tooling and belt loop keeps the knife secure. Excellent fit and finish throughout.
